Mint and Honey began its engagement with Bula Bride in 2022, during a critical recovery phase for Fiji’s tourism industry following the COVID-19 pandemic, which had effectively halted wedding tourism for two years. Tasked with revitalising the brand’s digital presence, Mint and Honey implemented strategic systems, delivered innovative social media content, and produced on-site visual storytelling to showcase the best of Fiji weddings. To monitor the fulfilment of vendor subscription benefits, we developed a comprehensive vendor deliverables record base. This included tracking published social media posts and stories, articles shared, weddings featured, and analytics across both organic and paid content. Digitising forms

The previously manual process for couples to submit their weddings for features was transformed into a fully digital workflow. A user-friendly wedding submission form was embedded directly into the website, allowing couples to submit their stories efficiently. Additionally, a vendor content portal was created, enabling vendors to upload materials for social media features via a mobile-friendly online form. These improvements simplified submissions for both couples and vendors and generated a continuous source of content for Bula Bride channels.
