Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions that govern the Marketing Made Easy subscription.

Occasionally we may change these terms. If we make changes, we will let you know in writing and you will be bound by the updated terms from the date of our communication to you.

These terms and conditions were last updated on 13 January 2025.

Marketing Made Easy is a subscription service provided by Mint and Honey, designed to offer small businesses expert advice and guidance for marketing and communications through phone and email support. The service includes:

• Quick and actionable answers to queries that fall within the scope of the subscription.
• Monthly newsletter delivered to your inbox.
• Access to an exclusive members-only forum (once made available)

• The subscription fee is $120 NZD per month, paid in advance via credit card.
• Your subscription will remain active for the duration of the paid billing cycle

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@mintandhoney.co.nz or updating your details on our payment portal.
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the cycle ends.
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles.

To ensure all subscribers receive high-quality support:

• Queries should be within the scope of what can reasonably be answered in 15 minutes of consideration.
• If additional work or research is required to provide a comprehensive answer, this will fall outside the scope of the subscription. We will discuss any additional fees with you in advance.
• Repeated or excessive queries beyond the fair usage policy may result in us contacting you to discuss how we can better meet your needs.

• Referrals must be new subscribers who mention your name when signing up.
• You will receive one free month of service for each subscribed referral upon completion of payment.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

• Mint and Honey is not liable for any business outcomes resulting from advice provided through the service. Subscribers are responsible for implementing recommendations and making business decisions.
• The service is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees of specific results.

• Your privacy is important to us. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We will not share your details with third parties without your consent.
