Kia ora, everyone. My name is Victoria. I am a Māmā of two, a plant enthusiast, an aspiring sourdough baker, and the face behind Mint & Honey.
Creative at heart and strategic by nature, I’ve built a career at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and impact. With more than a decade of experience in marketing and communications, I’ve led campaigns, brand strategies, and stakeholder engagement across New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific.
I’m passionate about purposeful, high-impact marketing, from large-scale brand activations and rebrands to digital campaigns that connect people and ideas. My work spans corporate, creative, and community sectors, where I combine strategic insight with creative execution to build brand visibility, strengthen relationships, and deliver measurable results.
