Kia ora everyone, my name is Victoria. I am a Māmā of two, a plant enthusiast, an aspiring sourdough baker, and the face behind Mint & Honey.
Creativity has always been at the heart of everything I do. My entrepreneurial journey spans over a decade across various creative industries, with my passion firmly rooted in the world of marketing and communications.
As a skilled generalist with more than 12 years of experience (yes, from the days before Facebook business pages were even a thing!), I bring expertise across strategic communications, project management, marketing and advertising, and asset design.
I pride myself on a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and a strategic mindset. Nothing excites me more than bringing a creative vision to life and seeing it make a real impact.
